94Rooms B&B is situated on 4th floor, with elevator, of one of the elegant historic building in the heart of central Prati’ area nearby to St. Peter's, Vatican Museums, Palace of Justice and St. Angelo's Castle. The strategic location allows for easy access to sites of interest the city by feet or public transportation (Metro stop OTTAVIANO-SAN PIETRO is just 30mt far, while bus stop is 50mt far).

Both the rooms with bathroom inside and those without, they are all twin rooms with an extra bed more if you need. All the rooms are furnished in modern style and refined with considerable attention to detail giving to its guess tranquillity and comfort. All the rooms have air conditioning, indipendent hire, TV LCD with decoder for digital channel, strongbox, hairdryer, kettle, Adsl wireless web line ( you can hire a lap top). You’ll have the breakfast served in your room. Rooms will be cleaned and arranged every day, while the bedlines will be changed every 3 days, unless you have a different service.
